500 g mashed overripe bananas (approx. 4-6 bananas)
300 g all-purpose flour
6 g baking powder
2 g salt
100 g butter (alternatively nut butter)
80 g sugar
10 g molasses
optionally: vanilla, tonka bean, cinammon, nuts, raisins,
etc.
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180 °C
Lightly grease a loaf pan (23 x 13 cm)
combine ingredients and pour into loaf pan
Bake for about 60 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center
of the loaf comes out clean. Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes,
then turn out onto a wire rack.
